Project Overview
TulinkUp is an educational technology platform designed to simplify how students discover tutors, access learning resources, and collaborate with peers. The goal was to create an all-in-one ecosystem that bridges the gap between learning, communication, and academic growth.Students often struggle to find qualified tutors quickly, while tutors face challenges managing bookings, communication, and student progress across multiple tools. TulinkUp addresses these pain points by centralizing the entire learning experience into one intuitive platform.
My Role
I led the end-to-end UX/UI design of TulinkUp, from initial research to high-fidelity prototypes. Through user interviews, competitor analysis, and journey mapping, I identified key pain points for both students and tutors.I designed intuitive user flows and responsive interfaces for tutor discovery, session booking, messaging, scheduling, and progress tracking. Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with stakeholders to align user needs with business goals, creating a seamless and engaging learning experience across all devices.
